Our four-bedroom Farmhouse is the ancient heart of the farm, packed with character and instantly putting you into ‘retreat mode.’ The timber-framed 16th-century Suffolk farmhouse is ideally positioned within its own private and substantial gardens, offering ample space for up to eight guests across three double bedrooms and one twin room. The standout feature of this property is the private hot tub located on the decking in the back garden, alongside a spacious outdoor dining table — perfectly positioned adjacent to the kitchen, with French doors leading out to the terraced area. This idyllic barn is also child-friendly, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

The two-bedroom Cow House is the oldest barn on the estate and has been lovingly restored to create a stunning double-height living space with an expansive kitchen and dining area. The principal bedroom features a sculptural bathtub, separated by a timber screen from a luxurious double shower with underfloor-heated pebbles—eco-luxury at its finest. This barn can accommodate up to two children. Two double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as a twin. Dog-friendly, with up to two pets permitted per stay. A charge of £25 per dog applies. For their comfort, we provide an Earthbound dog bed, a dog bowl and CUB dog treats.

Our two-bedroom former dairy barn has been reimagined for today. The Roost is our upside-down 2 storey barn with spectacular open plan, kitchen, dining and living on the upper and elegant bedrooms on the ground floor with a private terrace with uninterrupted views looking over our fields. This barn can accommodate up to four people and is child friendly for kids of the age of five.

Our large two bedroom barn gives you the opportunity to escape away from the modern rigours of life. The Stables is a unique place to stay with a breath-taking bathtub at the end of the bed, making it a truly memorable moment of retreat in an oak framed setting. This barn can accommodate up to four people and is child friendly.

Our two-bedroom Burrow is a beautifully styled, country-chic field barn, perfect for a getaway with friends, family or loved ones. Two spacious double bedrooms are separated by an impressive open-plan living and dining area, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. The barn features a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen with a Grind coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and SMEG fridge. This barn can accommodate up to two children - one bed can be twinned.

Our two-bedroom Granary offers an authentic converted dairy barn experience, featuring a beautifully designed open-plan living and kitchen area, a spacious dining room and a private terrace with uninterrupted views across the fields. The mezzanine level provides additional sleeping space, making it an ideal choice for families. The well-appointed kitchen includes a Grind coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and SMEG fridge. This barn is suitable for two adults and two children aged five and above, accommodated on a mezzanine floor secured with a child gate. It also welcomes up to two dogs.
