The availability for accommodation shown online is live and totally up-to-date. If you can’t find the date you’re after, please email email@example.com so we can add you to our waiting list.
However, if you can be flexible, please search for another date.
At a retreat we expect you to relax and wear whatever makes you comfortable. Our restaurants are informal places, so come in whatever makes you happy and comfortable.
Dogs are Welcome at Retreat East, we love them. Please be mindful of other guests who might not love dogs as much as us and keep them under control at all times. We would ask that dogs are kept on leads within the communal areas and around other guests.

Retreat East is the perfect location for a private party, our Workshop which can hold up to 40 guests can be used for private dining, baby showers or small family gatherings. To hire this room please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer monetary vouchers to the values of £25, £50, and £100, as well as individual products for specific products. These can be purchased here
Continental breakfast is included within all room rates at Retreat East, this is served within the Great Barn between the hours of 9am - 11am. Guests have the option to upgrade their breakfast within the restaurant.
You can check in from 3pm, however, you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and relax in the Great Barn or use the Spa facilities.
Check out is by 11am. We ask that you leave your room by this time, but please enjoy the surroundings all day. We can’t guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, but stick around and let us know your plans and we will try our best on the day.
Please note due to the nature of our historic barns some spaces are not accessible, but most rooms have wheelchair access. Please contact us prior to your stay to ensure we are able to accommodate your needs.
Please note our rates stated are at a starting from price and change throughout the year depending on the season.
During the summer no cars are allowed on the site, please park your vehicles in the complimentary car park on the entrance to Retreat East. Guests are welcome to drop off their luggage prior to parking their car in the car park.
During the months of October - February guests are allowed to park their cars onsite.

We operate a 30 day policy for cancelations using our standard rate. Guests using our early bird rate are able to exchange their booking to another date at the same time as their original booking.
Guests using discount vouchers or third party offers have no exchange or cancelation policy.
All complaints are to be set to email@example.com should you still not be satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, the senior management team will review the response and have the ability by to overturn the decision of the manager.
Guests are welcome to go and visit the farm gardens, our on-site gardener Helen will be happy to walk you through the garden and explain the process we go through to keep the garden organic.
