Housekeeping Assistant

Our Housekeeping Assistants are responsible for the daily cleaning of rooms and/or barns, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in all guest rooms and public areas at all times. We believe our team are our most important asset; they are hardworking and motivated. We are proud of the opportunities we offer to develop and to climb the ladder! We are looking for 2 or 3 new people to join our team of housekeepers, available for shifts between contracts flexible between 8hrs - 20hrs.


Chef De Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Working underneath our Head Chef, you will be a key player in the organisation and success of the kitchen. With many awards and reviews under our belt, we remain focused on producing exceptional food, sustainable and nourishing food and work closely with a selection of Suffolk's best suppliers.


Restaurant Duty Manager

As a Restaurant Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional customer service standards, overseeing shift operations and team members, and demonstrating superb interpersonal and communication skills across all levels. Your proficiency in sharing a genuine passion for exquisite food and beverages, coupled with strong time management, reliability, and organisational abilities, will be essential. Prior experience in bartending and barista roles, as well as supervisory responsibilities, is required for this full-time, permanent position requiring a 40-hour work week, including shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with flexibility based on business needs.
