Our Housekeeping Assistants are responsible for the daily cleaning of rooms and/or barns, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in all guest rooms and public areas at all times. As a Restaurant Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional customer service standards, overseeing shift operations and team members, and demonstrating superb interpersonal and communication skills across all levels. Your proficiency in sharing a genuine passion for exquisite food and beverages, coupled with strong time management, reliability, and organisational abilities, will be essential. Prior experience in bartending and barista roles, as well as supervisory responsibilities, is required for this full-time, permanent position requiring a 40-hour work week, including shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with flexibility based on business needs.
