Our four-bedroom Farmhouse is the ancient heart of the farm, packed with character, instantly putting you into ‘retreat mode’. The timber-framed 16th century Suffolk farmhouse is ideally positioned in its own private and significant gardens, complete with space for up to eight guests to enjoy in three double bedrooms and one twin room. This barn can accommodate up to eight people and is child friendly.

Our two-bedroom Cow House is the oldest barn and has been lovingly restored creating a genuinely gorgeous double-height living space, enormous kitchen and dining area. The principal bedroom has a sculptural bath separated by a timber screen to a luxurious double shower with underfloor heated pebbles. This is eco-luxury at its finest. This barn can accommodate up to four people and is child friendly.

The Two bedroom Burrow is a field barn which has been created to ensure it has all the feel of the 16th-century farm of Retreat East alongside the best in modern design. This is the perfect place to visit with friends, family or loved ones with two spacious double bedrooms divided by an impressive living and dining area culminating to give a homely feel. This barn can accommodate up to four people and is child friendly - please note only the two bedroom burrow accepts children not the one bedroom burrow.

Our two-bedroom former dairy barn has been reimagined for today. The Roost is our upside-down 2 storey barn with spectacular open plan, kitchen, dining and living on the upper and elegant bedrooms on the ground floor with a private terrace with uninterrupted views looking over our fields.

Our large two bedroom barn gives you the opportunity to escape away from the modern rigours of life. The Stables is a unique place to stay with a breath-taking bathtub at the end of the bed, making it a truly memorable moment of retreat in an oak framed setting. This barn can accommodate up to four people and is child friendly.

Our one-bedroom Den sits in the tranquillity of the Retreat East meadow with uninterrupted views of some of the 35 acres in which Retreat East is located. It has a magnificent linen four-poster bed and an adjoining sitting room with a skylight to the Suffolk skies.

The Drey is one of our latest additions at Retreat East. Our one-bedroom Granary provides an authentic converted dairy barn experience, with its carefully curated open plan living and kitchen area with a fabulous dining room and a private terrace with uninterrupted views looking over our fields. The Granary is all on a single level for complete accessibility.

This high-ceilinged barn is open plan and combines privacy and space in equal measure. The bedroom area enjoys a luxurious sculptural bathtub for that moment of peace and luxury. The private outdoor space is a sun trap. Sleeps: Two adults, one baby in a cot & two dogs.

Our substantial one-bedroom barn, The Hive, is the big sister to The Little Hive and offers a large living and dining space and full kitchen for all of your culinary needs.

This barn is not suitable for dogs or children - please view our two bedroom burrow if you'd like to bring children or dogs.
