Terms and Conditions

We accept bookings on a first come first served basis and by booking one of our courses you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

  1. We reserve the right to make amendments to the content of any of our events, barn bookings or restaurant reservations. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a booking for any reason, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and will offer you a full refund or an alternative date. We will not, however, be liable to you for any losses or expenses that you may incur, we strongly recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance.
  2. We regret that we cannot refund any payment for events that you are unable to attend. If you inform us that you are unable to attend at least 30 days before it is due to start, we will allow you to transfer your booking to another equivalent date.
  3. Barn bookings purchased at the standard rate are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy, after which guests are liable for the full charge. If you need to cancel your booking 14 days prior to your stay an exchange will be offered.
  4. Barn Bookings purchased at the Early Bird and all other offer rates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
  5. Guest can only use one promotion at the time of booking.
  6. All guests agree to abide by the house rules which are provided
  7. If you have any specific allergies or disabilities, then you must inform us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry if we are not made aware of any relevant information about you.
  8. We accept full liability in the case of any personal injury to You caused by Our negligence. We regret, however, that We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any property. In all other cases where any liability is established on Our part, this liability is limited to the amount You have paid under this Agreement.
  9. Every effort will be made to ensure the standard described for the Cottages and all items of equipment described and supplied by Us are in good working order. However, no guarantee is given or liability accepted if any breakdown occurs or any item is temporarily unavailable. Repairs will always be effected as soon as possible.
  10. All Areas or Retreat East are cashless - We accept payment by Credit/Debit card & gift vouchers only.
  11. Whilst no one expects to cancel their stay, unforeseen circumstances can often arise. We would suggest all of our guests take out UK travel insurance to protect against these eventualities occurring after the cancellation deadline, which will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
