Unwind in the serene surroundings of Retreat East as you reconnect with yourself this autumn. Led by the wonderful Jannette Bloom, this uplifting session focuses on the connection between mind and body through mindful movement. Practising in the warmth and calm of our indoor space, Jannette will guide you through yoga asana to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, before moving into soothing breathwork and powerful visualisation. Surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere, you’ll anchor through the breath, clear mental clutter, and cultivate inner calm, confidence, and focus. Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing one-course lunch with a soft drink. Please note: Sunday sessions include a one-course Sunday lunch instead.

This is perfume, but not as you know it. Hosted by the ever-glorious Bella Middleton, founder of Norfolk Natural Living, this afternoon is all about scent as pleasure — tactile, personal and ever-so-slightly addictive.
