This January, Retreat East invites you to join us for a morning of rejuvenation and deep relaxation, led by Jan Bloom. Set within our peaceful Suffolk countryside, Retreat East provides a cosy and tranquil setting designed to help you unwind, slow down and reconnect. Enjoy a 75-minute gentle flow yoga session, thoughtfully designed to release tension, restore balance and encourage a deep sense of calm. The practice will close with a soothing guided meditation, leaving you feeling centred, refreshed and restored. Following your practice, relax and indulge in a nourishing one-course lunch with a hot drink, served in our beautiful Great Barn restaurant. Please wear comfortable clothing in light layers.
