Set within the peaceful surroundings of Retreat East, this wonderful morning session begins with restorative yoga led by Jannette Bloom, followed by a nourishing one-course lunch (from our grazing menu) with a soft drink in The Great Barn restaurant.

Itinerary

  • A Morning of Relaxation & Renewal:
  • This highly practical workshop focuses on reconnecting mind and body through intentional movement and breath. Jannette will guide you through a gentle yet strengthening yoga asana practice, helping to develop flexibility, balance, and core strength. The session then flows into breathwork and visualisation techniques, anchoring through the breath to: Declutter the mind, Increase self-awareness, Build confidence, Improve focus and concentration. Expect a calming, supportive environment where you can truly slow down, reset, and leave feeling lighter — both physically and mentally.
  • 10.15am Arrival - 10.30am Restorative yoga session begins - 11.30am One-course nourishing lunch (from our grazing menu) & soft drink served in The Great Barn
