Balance & Bite

This Spring, join us for a Wellness Workshop to embrace the season of renewal, growth and cleansing. This wonderful half-day includes a yoga practice to cultivate presence and awareness, attuning to the spring season, followed by a nourishing two-course lunch with a soft drink. Join Jannette Bloom at Retreat East for this highly practical workshop, exploring the connection between the mind and body through movement. Jannette will work with yoga asana to develop flexibility, strength, and balance, incorporating breathwork exercises. The practice will close with a guided meditation.
