Retreat East Spa Day
Your spa day will see you greeted by the team and given a full tour of the facilities. From there, relaxation is yours to enjoy for the entire day, from 10 am to 5 pm. Your spa day includes: 1 x smoothie shot, 1 x 60-minute treatment, 1-hour private use of the spa facilities (sauna, steam room, private showers, cold plunge experience and rain forest showers), 1-hour private use of the hot tub. A two-course lunch with one non-alcoholic drink. Choose from Muscle Melt Massage/ Five Element Aroma Massage/ Five Element Aroma Facial / Pregnancy Massage / Mini Retreat / Retreat Gel Manicure / Retreat Gel Pedicure / Retreat Polish Free Manicure / Retreat Polish free Pedicure. Dressing gown, slippers and towels hire included.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your first treatment of the day. Please advise us at booking stage of any health conditions, including any treatment, if you have been affected by or recovering from cancer. Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy.
