White

Vidal Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough NZ

Selected from the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough, New Zealand’s premier Sauvignon Blanc growing region. Cool-fermented in stainless steel. Classic gooseberry and passion fruit aromas mingled with a crisp, grassy flavour.

Chablis, Paul Deloux FRA

The driest white Burgundy from the most northerly sector of Burgundy. The wine is fermented and matured without oak to preserve the characteristics flinty style.

Red

Alma Mora Reserve Malbec ARG

This is a full-bodied wine, displaying ripe red berry and fleshy plum flavours, with an elegant touch of vanilla form the new American oak barrels.

Chateau Vignot Saint-Émillion Grand Cru FRA

This grand Cru from Saint-Émillion gathers up great bunches of fresh violets into a massive bouquet that heightens the rich plum fruit when the wine is tasted. Traces of leather also emerge.

Rosé Wine

Anjou Rosé, J. Tourville FRA

A medium-dry rosé form the central Loire made from the Grolleau grape. Shows initial richness on the palate, with balancing acidity and notes of red summer fruits.

Côtes de Provence Rosé, Vérité du Terroir, Château La Gordonne FRA

Made from the classic Provence rosé blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. It has a generous bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as fresh strawberry, and notes of blackcurrant and violet. The palate again shows red fruit but this time with grapefruit and another citrus; there’s a touch of richness on the finish.

Sparkling Wines

Champagne

Tattinger Brut Reserve FRA

Taittinger Brut Réserve is assembled from more than 35 crus and incorporates 40% Chardonnay - this high proportion is seldom offered in a non-vintage Champagne. Distinguished by a delicate nose marked by subtle brioche notes, it has a palate of considerable depth and balances with hints of honey and fresh fruit.
