Each one is fully insulated with underfloor heating and its own wood-burning stove, so you can come home from a brisk winter walk to somewhere genuinely cosy.

The kitchen garden takes on a new character through the colder months, with our chefs working closely with what's still in season — root vegetables, game, slow-cooked stews and warming puddings. Expect mulled wine on arrival, hearty Sunday roasts in The Great Barn and a festive afternoon tea that has quickly become a winter tradition for our regulars.
