Spring is when the Suffolk countryside really comes alive at Retreat East. Hedgerows fill with blossom, the meadows are dotted with daffodils and bluebells, and the kitchen garden bursts into life with the first crops of the year. It's a season made for slow mornings, long walks and lazy lunches in the sun.

Expect a menu built around the freshest produce — asparagus, wild garlic, new-season lamb and tender young greens — alongside our signature afternoon teas served with edible flowers picked just steps away.
